KGF - Applications

KGF meetings are held quarterly. For requests which fully conform to the requirements outlined above and are submitted to the Secretariat prior to a given deadline, the KGF guarantees full consideration at its subsequent meeting, and its decisions will be communicated to the respective applicants typically within two weeks after that meeting.

According to its policy, the KGF does not consider retroactive support. Therefore, a request to the KGF has to be submitted sufficiently early in time in order to allow the KGF to take its decision prior to the corresponding event.
