The KGF is a body in which all member companies are represented each by one or two delegates from senior research management.
The KGF meets four times a year to discuss and decide on applications for support.
The KGF also acts as a sounding board for individuals or groups at Swiss research institutions to provide harmonized guidance or recommendations regarding potential projects or initiatives.
A request that is sent to one or more individual KGF member companies, but is considered to be of common interest to all or several of them, is transferred to the KGF Secretariat for further handling with appriate notification of the applicant.
Likewise, the KGF liaises with INTERPHARMA, and requests may be transferred from one office to the other for further consideration, with appropriate notification of the applicant.
